Spicy falafel

  • 175 g maria’s spicy falafel mix

For the dip:

  • 2 dl plain yogurt,
  • half a bunch of parsley,
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice,
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • half a dl of olive oil,
  • salt and pepper

Prepare the falafel balls as described on packaging. Chop the parsley, mince the garlic and mix all the ingredients for the dip. Serve it with a salad.

Falafel with tzatziki

  • 175 g maria’s spicy falafel mix

For the dip:

  • 2 dl plain yogurt,
  • half a bunch of parsley,
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice,
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • half a dl of olive oil,
  • salt and pepper

Prepare the falafel balls as described on packaging. Mix the Greek yogurt with garlic, dill and grated cucumber. Served with a fresh salad and pita.

Falafel tortilla wraps

  • 175 g maria’s spicy falafel mix

For the dip:

  • 2 dl plain yogurt,
  • half a bunch of parsley,
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice,
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • half a dl of olive oil,
  • salt and pepper

Grease the tortilla wrap slightly with olive oil, season it with salt and pepper and fry it in a pan for a few minutes. Fill it with fresh salad, falafel balls, sprinkle it with yogurt mixed with green spices. Finally sprinkle it with leek sprouts and roll it up.
