Spaghetti bolognese

  • 250 g kitti’s chickpea pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 200 ml tomato purée
  • grated cheese
  • olive oil

Use a large pan. Heat some olive oil and add chopped onions, carrots, garlic cloves. After a few minutes, add the minced beef and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Season it with your favorite spices and herbs and add the tomato purée with some fresh tomatoes. Cook for 30-40 minutes at a low heat and serve with your spaghetti and grated cheese.
