Ingredients:

  • 175 g maria’s falafel mix
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger (about 2-3 cm)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tbs. turmeric
  • 1 tbs. curry
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • 4 dl coconut milk

Saute the onions in oil, then sprinkle them with the other spices and fry a little. Add the tomatoes and coconut milk, bring the whole mixture to a boil.

Meanwhile, fry the falafel balls, put them in the curry and cook them together for a few minutes.
Serve with Naan bread and coriander.
