• 120 g miklos’ universal mix
  • 450 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt


Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour a portion of the batter into a lightly oiled and heated pan. Cook on both sides until the pancake turns into a golden brown colour. Stack them together on a nice plate, sprinkle some raspberries, chocolate chunks and mint leaves on top. Serve with a dollop of peanut butter and finish off with some swirls of maple syrup. Enjoy!
