For 12 muffins


  • 250 g maria’s sweet baking mix
  • 110 g sugar
  • 12 g baking powder
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml yogurt
  • 80 ml sunflower oil

Beat the eggs, yogurt and oil until creamy. Add the dry ingredients and mix together well with a hand blender. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray with paper muffin cases. Distribute the mixture into the paper muffin cases and bake them for 25 minutes.

Tip: Add fruit, chocolate chips or cocoa powder to make your muffins even more tasty.
