Maria’s breaded chicken patties

Ingredients:

  • 600 g minced chicken breast
  • 220 g maria’s panir mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • black pepper

Preparation:

Mix the minced chicken breast with 120 g panir mix, egg, paprika salt and pepper. Form patties with your hands and coat them with the rest of the panir mix. Fry in very hot oil for 1 2 minutes a side until golden . Place
in a roasting tray and put in a 180 C oven for 15 20 minutes until the chicken patties are cooked all the way through Serve with tomato sauce.
