Lemon-cream noodles

4 servings

  • 40 dkg tagliatelle
  • 125 ml cooking cream
  • 15 dkg grated parmesan
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 dkg butter
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • Freshly ground pepper

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, put the egg yolk, grated parmesan, the cream, the grated lemon peel and juice of a lemon into a bowl. Mix them together with a whisk add the cooked hot pasta and butter as well. Serve with freshly ground pepper and basil.
