  • 40 dkg fusili pasta
  • 20 dkg grated mozzarella
  • 15 dkg blue cheese
  • 20 dkg sliced salami
  • 5 dkg butter
  • Salt
  • Ground white pepper
  • 1 box of leek sprouts

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a Jena glass bowl with butter. Cook the pasta in hot, salted water, drain it and mix it with the remaining butter. Put half of it at the bottom of a pot, sprinkle it with salt and white pepper. Sprinkle it with mozzarella and half of the blue cheese. Cover it with salami slices. Put the other half of the pasta on top, sprinkle it with the remaining cheese and then top it with the salami. Put it into the hot oven and bake it for about 25-30 minutes. Serve it with the leek sprouts on top.
