For the dip:

  • 2 dl plain yogurt,
  • half a bunch of parsley,
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice,
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • half a dl of olive oil,
  • salt and pepper

Prepare the falafel balls as described on packaging. Mix the Greek yogurt with garlic, dill and grated cucumber. Serve with a fresh salad and pita.
