For the dip:
- 2 dl plain yogurt,
- half a bunch of parsley,
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice,
- 2 tablespoons tahini paste,
- 1 clove garlic,
- half a dl of olive oil,
- salt and pepper
Prepare the falafel balls as described on packaging. Mix the Greek yogurt with garlic, dill and grated cucumber. Serve with a fresh salad and pita.
