  • For the dip:

    • 2 dl plain yogurt,
    • half a bunch of parsley,
    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice,
    • 2 tablespoons tahini paste,
    • 1 clove garlic,
    • half a dl of olive oil,
    • salt and pepper

Grease the tortilla wrap slightly with olive oil, season it with salt and pepper and fry it in a pan for a few minutes. Fill it with fresh salad, falafel balls, sprinkle it with yogurt mixed with green spices. Finally sprinkle it with leek sprouts and roll it up.
