Ingredients:
- 250 g Kitti’s chickpea pasta
- 2 eggs
- smoked salmon
- sundried tomatoes
- parsley
- spinach leaves
Preparation:
Cook the eggs until soft boiled (5-6’). Cook the pasta. Get a nice bowl and add the washed spinach leaves, smoked salmon and tomatoes. Peel the eggs and halve them, then add them to the bowl. Finish off with some parsley and season with pepper and salt.
