  • 100g kate’s low carb salty universal mix
  • 115 g of lukewarm water
  • 10 g of oil
  • 5 g of fresh lemon juice

Knead the ingredients lightly then let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Knead again, form 2 buns or smaller baguettes and bake them at 200 degrees for 40 minutes (use the hot air circulation).
